When in Head road around the first bend you will come to a series of 8 letterboxes. Ensure you veer left horizontally and continue along Head Rd and the orange sign until you reach the Wooden Tree Heart Park sign. Continue in low gear up to headquarters.

What to expect
It's time out with your loved one to enjoy a special delectable picnic -either spread on the lawn outside Granny Ma's self-service tea and coffee hut., or on the picnic table next to the Secret Garden. Use the loungers, the sun umbrella and the hammocks available. Explore the park's hidden trails and secret spots.
On the way to dinner at a local vineyard 5 minutes from the park, there will be time to view the cascade at the Hunua Falls.
Dine at an exclusive local restaurant and on your return to Tree Heart Park witness the lagoon lights experience and a Candy Lane supper afterwards at the Tree Heart Park gift shop- a little botanical, a little vintage, a lot of chocolate and fudge along with kiwiana, unique jewellery, and teaflower bombs and bath bombs.
